Payments and Discounts

To place an order, browse through Sophia Rabia’s collection and choose your favorite items. Click on Add To Cart to have any items added to your Checkout Basket. When you are ready to make a payment, access your Cart and click on Proceed to Checkout, fill in your Billing details and finally click on Place Order.

We accept all major payment cards including Visa, American Express and MasterCard using Paypal. If you encounter any difficulties to make a payment, please contact us.

Cash on delivery is only available for Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For all other locations, online payment must be made before the delivery is carried out.

To use your discount code, insert it in your Cart followed by clicking on Apply Coupon for it to be applied.

Orders and Delivery

Yes, we are able to deliver worldwide.

As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive another email confirming the delivery status and tracking number.

For any UAE orders, delivery will take maximum 2 days. It is possible to request a same day delivery to Dubai as a special order.

For all other locations and countries, delivery will take 4-5 working days.

To cancel your order you must contact us as soon as possible by sending us an email.

All your items will come packed in our premium gift boxes for a safe delivery and to store your accessories after use.

You can avoid your jewelry from tarnishing by not exposing it to the sun so much, not spraying perfume, putting lotions or harsh chemicals on them. To find the full list of recommendations on how to look after your custom jewellery please click here.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Unfortunately, earrings are non-exchangeable or refundable.

Please note due to Health and Hygiene Regulations we are unable to accept returns for earrings and therefore, are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

If a tiara or necklace is not suitable, they must be in the same condition as when you received it meaning any security tags must be attached. If the security tag has been removed, the item will not be accepted as an exchange or refund.

To request a refund, you must send us an email stating the reason for wanting to return the item/s to us. Security tags must be on the items and should not be removed. 

At we have a selection of bespoke bridal jewelry and women’s accessories including tiaras, headpieces, necklaces, earrings and handbags.

We focus on providing brides-to-be with beautifully handmade tiaras, crowns, combs, and jewellery for their special wedding day.

Our lady’s accessories are also suitable for the mother of the bride, bridesmaids, flower girl or wedding guest.
